Integrative Healing & Reiki

Return to Balance: Whole-Person Wellness & Nervous System Rest

A trauma-informed blend of somatic mindfulness, emotional grounding, and Reiki energy healing.

You know what it feels like to live entirely in your head. You can analyze your stress, describe your patterns, and talk through your past, but your body still carries a heavy, persistent tightness and inability to relax. True wellness means treating the mind and body as one interconnected system. If traditional talk therapy feels like it only goes halfway, integrative healing offers a gentle, non-verbal space to discharge stored tension, quiet a hypervigilant nervous system, and restore your natural energetic alignment.

What we address, together:

Somatic Stress

Releasing the physical tension, chest tightness, and fatigue that chronic stress leaves behind.

Hypervigilance & Nervous System Overload

Moving your body out of an active ‘fight or flight’ survival state into a deep, physiological rest.

Energetic Disconnection

Clearing emotional blocks and heavy, stagnant energy to help you feel fully anchored in your own skin.

Complementary Trauma Support

Providing a gentle somatic container to process feelings that words cannot fully capture.

A Holistic Approach

Our integrative session will blend somatic grounding exercises, mindfulness techniques, and Reiki energy healing. Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive practice that clears stagnant emotional patterns and encourages your body’s natural relaxation response. This whole-person approach bridges the gap between psychological insight and somatic peace, giving your nervous system the ultimate space to balance and restore.
