We are not in the network with the following plans:
Blue Home w/UNC Health Alliance, Blue Home, Blue Local, Blue Local (Atrium).
Once an appointment is scheduled, you will receive an email from your provider with instructions on accessing the patient portal and completing paperwork before your appointment. We look forward to serving you!
PLEASE NOTE: If documentation, intake forms, and payment are not completed 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, the session will be cancelled.
