Clinical Supervision & Mentorship

Culturally responsive, systemic-oriented clinical supervision for the next generation of therapists.

A restorative, intentional training space for LMFTAs and LCMHCAs in North Carolina to build deep clinical confidence, unpack countertransference, and protect their professional longevity.

Transitioning from graduate school into associate-level practice is an intense season of growth. Between managing clinical stamina, building a caseload, and learning how complex trauma impacts the body, you are carrying a heavy cognitive and emotional load.

Clinical supervision shouldn't just be a transactional experience of checking off state board boxes. It should be a dedicated space to breathe, analyze parallel processes, unmask clinical impostor syndrome, and co-regulate. Here, you will learn how to integrate systemic models and nervous system strategies into your practice without losing yourself to burnout.

The Core Supervision Pillars

Systemic & Relational Mastery

Deepen your execution of systemic, attachment-based, and humanistic therapies. We will move past isolated symptom management to map out deep relational cycles, family of origin blueprints, and interlocking systemic patterns.

Somatic & Trauma Integration

Go beyond traditional cognitive talk therapy. We will actively explore how chronic stress, systemic oppression, and trauma live inside the physical body, giving you concrete tools for tracking somatic tracking and pacing.

Culturally Responsive Practice

A brave space to process the unique complexities of treating diverse populations. We focus heavily on the lived realities of racial fatigue, institutional stress, and intergenerational trauma, both for your clients and your own identity as a practicing clinician.

Licensure Tracking Parameters (North Carolina Compliance)

LMFTA (Licensed Marriage & Family Therapy Associates): Complete tracking toward your 1,500 clinical hours and 200 supervision hours under the NCMFTLB guidelines. We focus heavily on relational hours, systemic patterns, and boundary configuration.

LCMHCA (Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associates): Board-compliant tracking toward your 3,000 practice hours and 100 supervision hours under the NCBLCMHC framework, emphasizing integrative modalities and ethical boundaries.

Graduate Clinical Interns: Restorative guidance for students preparing for graduation, building a professional disclosure statement, and applying for initial state boards.
