Individual Therapy
A safe space to put down the weight of holding it all together.
Trauma-informed, culturally responsive individual therapy for burnout, boundary challenges, and personal growth.
You are the person everyone else relies on. You navigate transitions seamlessly on the outside, protect your boundaries as best you can, and keep the wheels turning. But internally, the constant urgency is taking its toll. Whether you are moving through intergenerational patterns, navigating racial fatigue, or trying to understand why your nervous system still feels stuck in survival mode, you deserve a dedicated space where you don't have to be strong for anyone else.
What we address, together:
Burnout & Constant Urgency
Shifting your nervous system from survival mode back into a baseline of safety.
Family of Origin & Intergenerational Trauma
Unpacking the stories and survival strategies you carry from previous generations.
Racial Fatigue & Cultural Trauma
A validating space to process the unique exhaustion of navigating systemic racism and spaces that feel unsafe as a person of color.
Boundaries & Perfectionism
Learning how to honor your needs without carrying an overwhelming burden of guilt.
Therapeutic Approach
Our therapeutic work together will integrate attachment-based and humanistic therapies with nervous system regulation strategies. We don't just talk about your challenges cognitively; we pay close attention to how stress, intergenerational trauma, and systemic fatigue live in your physical body. By blending traditional talk therapy with somatic awareness, I help you trace the roots of your survival mechanisms, release stored stress, and experience true somatic safety.
