Therapy & Counseling Services
Therapy and counseling services are available virtually via a secure Telehealth platform for residents of North Carolina. Clients must be physically located in North Carolina at the time of service.
Individual Therapy Assessment $200
The initial individual therapy assessment is an opportunity to explore your concerns, discuss your goals for therapy, and for the therapist to gain an understanding of your unique experiences. Together, we will determine how therapy can best support your healing, goals, and overall wellbeing.
Individual Therapy Session $175
Couples & Family Therapy Assessment $250
The initial couples and family therapy assessment is an opportunity for all participants to share their perspectives, explore relationship patterns, and discuss goals for therapy. This session helps establish a foundation for the therapeutic process and allows us to determine how therapy can best support your unique needs and concerns.
Couples & Family Therapy Session $200
Integrative Healing Services
Integrative healing services are designed to support relaxation, grounding, emotional restoration, and nervous system regulation. Whether experienced alongside therapy or as a standalone wellness service, these offerings provide intentional space for rest, reflection, and holistic well-being. Integrative healing services are self-pay only.
Distance Reiki Session $75-$95
Receive a personalized Reiki session remotely from the comfort of your own space. No live appointment is required. Following your session, you will receive a written summary highlighting key themes, areas of focus, and supportive self-care recommendations.
Guided Virtual Reiki Session $125-$150
A live, one-on-one virtual experience designed to support relaxation, mindfulness, and emotional well-being. Sessions include intention setting, guided Reiki, reflection, and space for questions and discussion.
Group Wellness Experiences & Retreat Offerings
Integrative healing experiences are available for retreats, wellness events, organizations, community groups, and private gatherings. Services can be customized to meet the needs of your group. Contact us for details and pricing.

Payment
We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, or use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Savings Account (FSA) to cover copays or fees for session.
Full payment is due at the time of service.
Insurance
We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Aetna, and United Healthcare.

Good Faith Estimate
All self-pay clients have the right to a "Good Faith Estimate". The Good Faith Estimate shows the costs of items and services that are reasonably expected for your health care needs for an item or service.
Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, health care providers and health care facilities are required to inform individuals who are not using insurance coverage or not seeking to file a claim with their insurance provider a “Good Faith Estimate” of expected charges.
The estimate is based on information known at the time the estimate was created. The Good Faith Estimate does not include any unknown or unexpected costs that may arise during treatment. You could be charged more if complications or special circumstances occur. If this happens, federal law allows you to dispute (appeal) the bill.
