Individual Therapy Session (50 Minutes) | $175

Individual therapy provides a supportive and collaborative space to increase self-awareness, navigate life's challenges, strengthen coping skills, and work toward meaningful change and personal growth.

Couples & Family Therapy Assessment (60 Minutes) | $250

The initial assessment is an opportunity for all participants to share their perspectives, explore relationship patterns, and discuss goals for therapy. This session helps establish a foundation for the therapeutic process and allows us to determine how therapy can best support your unique needs and concerns.

Couples & Family Therapy Session (50 Minutes) | $200

Couples and family therapy offers a supportive space to improve communication, strengthen relationships, navigate conflict, and foster greater understanding and connection among loved ones.

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, or use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Savings Account (FSA) to cover co-pays or fees for session.

Full payment is due at the time of service.

All self-pay clients have the right to a "Good Faith Estimate". The Good Faith Estimate shows the costs of items and services that are reasonably expected for your health care needs for an item or service. 

Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, health care providers and health care facilities are required to inform individuals who are not using insurance coverage or not seeking to file a claim with their insurance provider a “Good Faith Estimate” of expected charges.

​The estimate is based on information known at the time the estimate was created. The Good Faith Estimate does not include any unknown or unexpected costs that may arise during treatment. You could be charged more if complications or special circumstances occur. If this happens, federal law allows you to dispute (appeal) the bill.
